New South Construction didn’t want their logo to feel like it was added after the fact.
As they renovated their office in Durham’s tobacco district, the goal was to create something that felt like it had always been part of the building — inspired by the old tobacco signage you see throughout the area.
Instead of simply placing a logo on the wall, we designed a mural that blended into the architecture and surrounding history, making it feel original to the space.
The result is subtle, but intentional — a logo that doesn’t just represent their business, but reflects the level of care and craftsmanship they bring to their work.
